Jeff Kafka, professional kiteboarder and big wave rider,
saw the need for professional lessons in the immediate area,
not only on the bay but as well as the coast. He pulled
together all he could to provide the ultimate kiteboarding
experience to an individual and created a kiteboarding lesson
center, Wind Over Water Kiteboarding. We have become a full
service kite center that is stocked to the gills with premium
quality gear and the latest teaching techniques. We offer
beginner to advance kiteboarding lessons with watercraft
support on a daily basis. Lessons are conducted both on
land and in the water. Wind Over Water Kiteboarding coaches
teaches the importance of safety both in and out of the
water. They know what it takes to be safe and how to ride
in these bay and coastal waters. They love to ride and so

to cover all the basic skills one must have to participant
in this sport.
Our lesson courses are designed to take you to the hottest
kiteboarding spots in California from Wadell Creek to Third
Ave.
During the winter months, we offer snowkiting lessons at
Skyline Ridge Utah and Tahoe. Kiteboarding and Snow Kiting
have been gaining momentum and are increasing in popularity.
